all the info is tailored to adding symbols but there are no guidelines for purging old stuff.

For the recent stuff, it just keeps track of your most recent stocks that you’ve accessed as a convenience.

If you take a few moments to create a portfolio, you won’t need to keep typing in the quotes for stocks you’re looking for. PLUS, you’ll be able to edit any of your portfolios to get rid of old stuff.
