Finance company and low interest cannot be used in the same sentence.
Interest rates are based on credit score, and your best best if you can’t get bank financing is probably a “Buy here, Pay here” type of place.

The best way is to check with the car salesman. They know the source and the best rate if they want to sell the car to you. Hunting yourself will not get the lowest rate. This is what I usually do when buying a new car.
